Our shipment of medical supplies and equipment to rural Uganda helped open the Mama Sabina Community Health Clinic. Within a week of opening, the clinic staff delivered its first
baby, Lauren Yeheri Muhindo! Maternal and infant mortality rates were devastatingly high in the region which had no available medical care.

Thanks to the support of Anchorage Presbyterian Church, generous donors and our hospital partners, this community now has a clinic and babies like Lauren have the opportunity to survive and thrive. Mom and baby are doing well and are deeply grateful to everyone who supported this project.
